TOM's: Real Food - from field to plate
Our aim is to bring high quality, freshly prepared food, inspired by simple rural and rustic dishes, to the heart of cities across the UK.
We use only the finest available ingredients from the fields, farms and coastline of the UK, and when absolutely necessary, abroad. Wherever possible our produce is local and ethically sourced in the West Country and we try our hardest to use only the best seasonal ingredients to ensure great quality and minimize our environmental impact.
Our first retail outlet, located on the Clifton Triangle at the top of Bristol's Park Street, is now open. We're serving award winning pies, gourmet coffee and a lovingly prepared range of hand made Devonshire dishes and desserts!

The People
Head chef and manager, Tom Cull, is passionate about promoting and maintaining a vibrant, modern approach to food production and presentation. His respect for ingredients and the environment is evident throughout all his professional relationships - with suppliers, customers and his team.
Tom is local to the westcountry, and his commitment to the very best local resources and seasonal produce promote a bespoke and very special theme to every experience.

Our Ethical Policy
At Tom's we believe that there is an obvious link between between the quality of the food we produce and the ethical standards by which we operate. All our suppliers have been vetted by us personally to ensure that they meet our standards. Our meat is supplied by companies with a high standard of animal welfare and all our ingredients are certified organic where possible.
In addition we place a high emphasis on sourcing ingredients which can be supplied locally to the westcountry and this is evident in the menu we have created.
